2nd January 2009
2009 promises to be a positive year for Aroma Cleaning and a continued growth forecast which will be supported by a relocation of Aroma Cleaning’s Head Office to a purpose built location in Dodwells Bridge, Hinckley, Leicestershire. The new head office premises will be approximately 3 times larger than the current premises, and in addition will be supported by an extra 25 private parking spaces. Darren Timon, Aroma Cleaning’s Managing Director said, “When most companies would choose to halt development plans, we feel it is the right time to relocate considering the rapid growth we have seen within the company in recent years, and in line with 3 large blue chip office cleaning contracts that are due to commence early 2009 it is seen as a positive move as not only will it provide the additional parking spaces, working space, it will also allow a training suite, and multiple meeting rooms to be created, along with an open plan main office.
The company prides itself on meticulous planning, and this move will be not different, when we moved to our existing site in 2004 it was our plan to be situated there for approximately 6 years, however after half that period it became apparent we had outgrown the current sites capabilities, and began the process to find a suitable alternative site which we are now pleased to announce we have had been accepted as the preferred bidder and contract negotiations are now well underway with a target date of Mid February 2009”

Aroma Cleaning Achieves ISO9001:2000 Offering Cleaning Quality Management as Standard
We are pleased to announce our recent achievement of ISO9001:2000 through Bureau Veritas Certification, this certification not only demonstrates our achievement and continued commitment to conduct our business in a thoroughly professional and consistent manner, but being certificated through Bureau Veritas means a great deal more as it is recognized as a symbol of excellence worldwide.
Darren Timon, Aroma Cleaning Managing Director said “We recognized the need for consistency and with the increase of work over the last year and the high expectations for 2009 we believed that systems would need to be upgraded to support this increase, and ISO9001:2000 Bureau Veritas was recommended as a suitable partner. What we were surprised at when being inspected by Bureau Veritas was that a great deal of procedures we were completing on a day to day basis already formed part of the management manual, this resulted in the company’s group receiving accreditation in what is perceived record time within 3 months from initial introduction to overall certification,
As one of the UK’s fastest growing commercial contract cleaning specialists we believe that continual improvement is necessary in order to compete in what we believe will become a tough industrial and commercial cleaning marketplace with the increased presence of the credit crunch. When businesses are choosing their preferred supplier for cleaning services it’s important that they receive value for money and value added benefits this certification not only encompasses our development but also our continued belief to compete in a market rarely occupied by privately owned companies at this level”
